Shipping & Returns
Your order will be delivered for free within 3-5 business days with an order of $100 or N50,000 or more.
We ship via DHL to US/EU addresses & local transport agencies in Nigerian destinations.
For orders less than the stated amount, during checkout the shipping amount will be highlighted.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your CookieSkin®purchase, please contact our customer service at care@CookieSkin.com (Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) and simply return the purchased products within thirty (30) days of the delivery.
Please note that all promotional products, including free samples and gifts with purchases, must be also be returned. We will be happy to credit your account for the amount of the purchase.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit or transfer to the card holder. You will receive an email when the credit is processed.

We recommend that you return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered and that you send your return via DHL for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.
We sincerely apologize, however, return shipping fees are non- refundable.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content rendered unusable, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at care@CookieSkin.com (Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
The carrier will be notified and the damaged package will be replaced.
